Service providers can use Acitifio's data virtualization technology to run reliability and business-agility applications with lower-cost SLAs.
Most use Actifio's API to relatively easily integrate data copy virtualization into their current operational systems as well as on-boarding, support and / or billing systems. Each vendor also maintains a fully trained Professional Services & Operations team on site to guide customers through the process and answer questions.
For the market launch of the service provider marketplace there are currently 22 suppliers from North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa to choose from. Service Providers include IBM, Sungard Availability Services, Verizon, Versutus, Datacom, or Spectrum. With Actifio's Copy Data virtualization platform, service providers can deliver services such as backup / restore, business continuity, metrics management, and IT security from their own data center or onsite to the customer.
